Roof Maintenace is very critical for a roof system to perform for the lengh of time it is designed for, especially on low slope (flat roof) systems.  Periodic roof walks to observe for items like debris build up, proper drainage, caulk joints, and pitch pans can be the difference in your roof system continuing to perform or it failing earlier than desired.
